Super helpful! Out of the kits in the first 12 months we’ve only purchased the sensor and thinker is coming up next for us. We also have the playmat that covered many of the early months. Interesting that you found so much value in the Explorer. We skipped that one because it has a version of many toys we already own (cups, stacking tower). If you didn’t already have these I could see it being worth it but many people on other forums also said this is a skippable one. Looking forward to getting into the 1-2 year kits!

We love the Liki trike. We have the midnight version… we’ve had it for 7 months, buuuut we have some issues with my toddler… bought it at 18 months and now he’s 25. My toddler gets himself unstrapped and tries to get out. When out in stores/zoo/museums it’s easier for us to take a stroller to keep him in. Also, he pulls his feet off the foot rest even if we tightened the Velcro straps and drags his feet while we push him. While out it became a hassle stopping and getting his feet back into the foot rest and strapped up just for bike to pull them out 5min later. We even tried doing the pedal pushing version to encourage him to keep his feet strapped and that didn’t work either. Now we just use the liki trike for walks when we don’t have to worry about getting in the way of people to readjust straps/foot rest/pedals etc. 😅 I know it’ll be different for all kids as mine is just wild.

Thanks for your review! My 2 year old is about to take his first 10 hour flight and I’m looking for something to make him more comfortable (he flies 3 hour max flights regularly). Recently he’s been hating being in his stroller and loves pushing it more. Did your little guy miss having the stroller in the airport? We have a 4 hour layover after the 10 hour flight, so wondering if it’s smart to check the stroller or just bring it.

I had the AWD version with 18" wheels... I can imagine the FWD models with 20" wheels are worse! I didn't have an XSE to test drive beforehand, but I had a sienna LE rental and I liked it. I didn't think the XSE would be THAT much stiffer... well, it is folks. Find a way to go for a test drive. the XSE also does not have the acoustic glass or sound deadening, so with the stiffer suspension I feel that it transfers more noise into the cabin. the suspension is just overkill for a minivan.

So worth it!! Was previously driving a Nissan Rogue 2019 AWD but we needed room and space!! So excited to start using it for our future road trips!! 😎😇

FYI, I got the regular spaceview, and it appears the receiver no longer has the SD card slot. There’s a tiny indentation where it used to be. Also per the manual it stated that the SD card slot was only to be used for firmware updates and not recording video. Interesting that they removed this feature. So far so good otherwise. I would probably go for the pro if I had to choose again. Got it on sale and thought the wide angle lens (not included with pro) was going to be needed. For anyone that had their die, there are videos on UA-cam on how to do a battery replacement. They don’t make it easy but better option then just becoming e-waste.

With an easily frustrated 1 year old - I'm likely going to get the Toniebox for his 2nd birthday or Christmas this year. He loves reading and Pixar so it seems like a no-brainer. Did you find there was an adjustment period for your littles with the Toniebox?
